These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, services, and fleet application provided by DBoundlessJoy LLC (“DBoundlessJoy,” “we,” “us”). By using our website or services, or by providing your mobile number, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
DBoundlessJoy operates two divisions. Our logistics division is a licensed, insured motor carrier moving general freight; freight services are arranged by written agreement, rate confirmation, or quote. Our technology division provides software development and IT consulting under separate project agreements. We also provide a fleet back-office application used by our drivers, dispatchers, and owner-operators to manage loads, documents, and settlements.
Text messaging program
As part of the fleet application we operate a transactional SMS program. Message types include one-time login verification codes, load and settlement notifications, and account invitations.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy and messaging terms.
Acceptable use
Use our website, application, and services only for their intended, lawful purpose; keep your login secure; and do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The website and application are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Freight and software services are governed by their applicable service agreements. To the extent permitted by law, DBoundlessJoy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, application, or the SMS program.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
