DBoundlessJoy LLC (“DBoundlessJoy,” “we,” “us”) is an Austin, Texas company with two divisions: a licensed motor carrier hauling general freight, and a software & IT team that builds applications for clients and runs our own carrier. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our website, our services, and our fleet application — including the text messages we send.
Information we collect
- When you contact us. If you request a freight quote, a software project, or IT consulting through our website or by email, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, company, email address, phone number, and your message.
- Application accounts. For people who use our fleet back-office application (our drivers, dispatchers, and owner-operators): name, mobile phone number, and email, provided at onboarding.
- Operational data. Loads, documents, mileage, and settlement records entered or uploaded by application users to run the fleet.
- Usage information. Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure our website and application.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide freight, software, and IT services.
- To provide the application and authenticate users (including one-time login codes sent by text).
- To send operational notifications such as load assignments and settlement updates.
- To operate, secure, support, and improve our services.
SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number as a user of our fleet application, you consent to receive transactional text messages from us — one-time login verification codes, load and account notifications, and application invitations. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — for example, messaging, hosting, and payment processing — under obligations of confidentiality and only as needed to deliver our services, or where required by law. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared for third-party or affiliate marketing.
Data retention & security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing contact@dboundlessjoy.com.
