Text messaging terms & opt-in
DBoundlessJoy LLC operates a licensed general-freight motor carrier and a back-office application used by its own drivers, dispatchers, and owner-operators. This page describes our text-message (SMS) program, how you consent to receive messages, and how to stop them.
Who receives messages
Only DBoundlessJoy's own drivers, dispatchers, and truck owners (owner-operators who lease a truck onto the fleet) — the people who use the application to run day-to-day operations. This is a private business application. There is no public sign-up, and we do not message the general public.
How you opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile phone number to the DBoundlessJoy fleet operator when you are onboarded to the application (when you are hired or contracted). At that time you agree to receive account and operational text messages at that number. Your number and your consent are recorded in the operator's account. Providing your number for this purpose is your consent; if you do not wish to receive texts, do not provide your number.
What we send
- One-time login verification codes (to sign in securely).
- Operational load notifications (for example, a load assigned to you).
- Account invitations (a welcome message when you're added to a fleet).
These are strictly transactional messages related to your use of the application. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email contact@dboundlessjoy.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.
Sample messages
- Your DBoundlessJoy login code is 123456. It expires in 10 minutes. Reply STOP to opt out.
- New load assigned — REF1042, pickup Jul 24. Open the DBoundlessJoy app for the rate con and details.
- You've been added to a fleet on DBoundlessJoy. Sign in with this number. Reply STOP to opt out.
